How to obtain

Easiest way to obtain: (Old)
Bring at least 5000 gold with you.
Go to The Floating Fortress (skycastle 1), then head to the stick that Mama is working out on. Stand on it, jump and try to land onto the border wall right below you. You must have at least 120 health otherwise you won't survive the fall. Once you're down there, you should get the broken leg injury. Get up, head to the branches side of the wall. There at the very top branch, you'll find a wheelchair stuck in it. Click it and purchase it for 5000 gold.
